Our service technicians have been factory trained by our manufacturers, and have several years of “hands on” experience. We will respond to all of your service needs 24X7. W.E. Marshall has the experience and technical expertise repairing the products we represent as well as other brands.
In-House Pump Repair
Many of the highly technical engineered products we handle require factory authorized training in order to fully service and repair properly. When your valued assets are at Stake count on the Training and expertise that comes with doing business with W.E. Marshall Company.
We offer the following services:
● Pump Alignment – Featuring state of the art laser alignment equipment
● Complete pump assemblies of both standard and custom engineered systems
● Large in-house Inventory
● Relentless Root Cause Analysis program for failed equipment
● Impeller trim – Capable of in house impeller trim
Training / Lunch & Learn
On-site or in house pump training and basic hydraulics education (available onsite customer facility or off-site). Trainings are available for any W.E. Marshall product lines that include pumps, meters, valves, and ancillary process equipment.
This service is geared towards the individuals that will be servicing the pumps purchased from us.
This includes:
- Shop technicians
- Field engineers, etc.
- Lunch is provided.
To schedule, please provide an estimated number of attendees for the training..
Training is free of charge, unless W.E. Marshall returns to provide a service past the training experience.
